Be safe in the Sun

Summer is about going out and having fun. Whilst we need to enjoy ourselves, we must not forget to be safe in the sun. When enjoying yourself in the sun, make sure you are:

🌞Staying hydrated
🌞Protecting your skin from the sun by wearing a high SPF sunscreen and wearing light, protective clothing and a hat
🌞 Finding shady or cooler areas so that you do not overheat
🌞Staying safe by the water and checking in on your loved ones while they swim
